has anyone tried the torque android app on their AU?? I know it works in a BA onwards but the AU being non odb compliant comms was wondering. it looks like a good cheap tool and only need a simple adapter (which i have to spendmoeny on so want to confirm it works first) to get all these brilliant stats.
Thanx for any help. OH, a link to the developer website is http://torque-bhp.com/ |

I have a bluetooth unit i bought which i was told was to suit certain model Ford's E.G 1998-2002 sorta thing, but it didnt work on it.. shame.. so dont buy it hoping it does..
Torque (the software) is good, very portable being able to be on your phone.. no problems there, I have used it on 3 different cars to clear off fault codes and no problems at all, tells u either what the error is specifically or the code so you can look it up.. |

Apparently the obd software on the aus is a special case so won't work without the ford readers
