Default Little help...please

Hey..i own a 88 telstar ghia...sedan and as of late a high pitched noise has arisen..im thinking it may be a bearing of some sort..as i have taken the gearbox out and thats all fine, as is the driveshaft. This noise only happens as the car is moving and is becoming rather annoying..so any suggestions would be much appreciated..cheers
