Mate, Griffs mustang parts in Melbourne are pretty good to deal with, ive never imported a car but buy all my parts for my mustang off them.

Something like Unique Cars magazine is full of ads from companies that offer this type of service.

I can second Griffs, located in Wendouree, a suburb of Ballarat, who I used to import a Plymouth from Tallahassee, Florida to Melbourne in 2012. I was thoroughly satisfied with their professional and friendly service. I'm pretty sure that they could manage Toronto.

I imagine it would be very expensive, it would most likely have to get to new York or Florida via rail first.
You will find most imports come here through Florida and you will find plenty of companies to deal with there
