Default Nulon oils

Has anyone used the new Nulon oils that are available now and if so, what was your experience with it?

Here's my experience with it so far -
I myself have sworn by Penrite and have used HPR Gas exclusively for the last few years but when I saw the new Nulon oils on the shelf I was intrigued so had a look. As I've has success and been happy with nulon products in the past, and being that they claim their oil has addative packs that reduce friction considerably, I thought I'd give some a go. I chose the 15w40 that is claimed is 36% less friction than the standard and is LPG suitable. At service time I flushed out the Penrite and put the Nulon and new filter into the missus dual fuel wagon and I must say, my missus noticed a difference immediately. She said the engine was more responsive, pulled better and she found herself rolling up over the speed limit constantly for the first few days and had to ease up on the throttle from where she was used to holding it to maintain speed; so it would seem that the Nulon did make the engine spin freer than the Penrite did. Now all this is quite subjective and is no real conclusive evidence I know but I jumped in her wagon today and the trip meter is on 370km where she normally is running out of gas, (we regularly reset the trip meter at every fill to keep track of milage). The thing is, the DTE is saying she still has 75km till empty and the fuel guage is just under 1/4. Now allowing for the fact I estimate she got 72L in the tank last fill due to a dicky pump at the Shell station, knock off say 30km from that range on a normal 66-67L fill, that's still 40-50km extra she'll get on this tank after the oil change with no other changed factors ie., normal routine or driving style.
So although it's early days, it certainly seems the Nulon has improved the power and economy of her wagon noticably, plus it was cheaper to buy than the Penrite which is another bonus. I'll stick with it for a while to see if any issues arise with prolonged use but all things being equal, this Nulon seems like good stuff so far.

Cheers

Have been running Nulon synthetic in my AU XR8 since new also run it in the drag car as well as the Mrs. Kia never had any issues with it seems to be good value for money to. Penz oil was always the good gear but when Pennsylvania motor oil Co sold out to the big guns in the states it went down hill IMO

Good value oil that performs really well, my factory F6 engine 46,000klm done over 100 1/4 mile passes plenty of dyno work, trips to Sydney run et10.80@131mph and its my daily driver, when the engine was pulled down it still had hone marks in the bore.
Now with a built bottom end still use the same oil et10.47@135mph on Nulon 15w/50 full synthetic.
Shop around for under $50 for 5 litres its top value oil.
