Default Top Gear's best of British has two Aussie Falcon's.

Two MkII G6E's at the 4 minute mark of the video. The limousine, and funeral car seen in pictures on this site before.

Doesn't surprise me that the silly pom's will do some body work and then claim it as their own.

I don't know how they can claim those Nissan's as their own even if they're made there. The only truly British cars there would be anything made by Caterham, Ginetta, and Morgan.

Anyway, enjoy.

Limousine is called the Ford Dorchester

Funeral car is called the Cardinal Classic hearse.

Cars are imported into the UK and worked on by a set of UK Engineers.

As the guy was walking along filming, I was going "No...over there...walk over there...that looks like a Blower Bentley on the other side of the road in BRG colour! Go film more of that one!!!"

If you could pick those two vehicles as "Falcons" then you're a better man than I am Charlie Brown...they must have changed every single panel...

What an amazing collection of vehicles all in one place!! Truly something there for everyone!!

I'm not really that big a Ford man, more of a Falcon man, but I do love some other Ford's of course. And GM will always make rubbish to me (except the Corvette, and everything they made before the 70's.)

Well if they make the best as they say, it's no wonder they use the best. The Australian Falcon.

They don't make a four litre straight six in England, so it's no wonder they import a few dozen to turn into special vehicles, it wouldn't be financially viable to make them.

And as they are immensely modified, they have a right to claim that modification as British.

Is there a 100% Australian car, every piece made in Australia?

From Driven's youtube channel of a walk-around at the Prodrive facility. We see a Falcon GT 335, but isn't talked about. :(
