Default XR Springs into Futura?

Hi guys i have an AU3 XR8 that in the near future i will be lowering .I have jus bought the wife an AU2 Futura n my question is will my XR springs go into the Futura .Im guessing that the fronts are a given that they will but my XR has IRS and the Futura is non IRS ?????????

fronts will fit, but rears wont as futura is a live axle. Look on ebay XE-AU are the same on the back, so easy enough to find

Yes - for XR8, XR6 VCT and Fairmont Ghia.

You wont get the disired xr height putting XR8 front springs in a 6cyl futura,different spring rates from 6 to 8.Rears are ok,but wont suit live axle as the other have said.

Ok then i didnt think about it that way may jus have to look for XR6 springs then
