After almost 12 months of the ute cutting out for no reason and thermo's not working properly, it's all working again. Yesterday I read about reseting the idle after disconnecting the battery, so, I disconnected the battery then used the sequence from this forum and now everything is back to normal. I have been trying for ages to find out why and all it was , was the battery change.
