Isn't chooka from up here?
I would have tried selling them through shannons before sending them to pickles.

If he's gone belly up and they have been repossessed by a finance company, that would be why they are at Pickles and not Shannons or one of the other specialists.

I know what you mean.
He would have known he was going belly up 3 months ago.
I would have sold them one at a time to try and keep the business going until better times which up here is just around the corner.

That 427 Monaro is the star. It's almost like a modern day equivalent to the calypso green XA GTHO.

I think he had the first and last W427 also.
Imagine what they will look like when they go to auction after sitting in a pickles auction yard surrounded by smashed up VE's.They won't be so shiny then.

Will these be viewable before the auction? Might head down there and poke my head around. A fantastic collection for sure!

Sorry by those GTS-R's are ************** ugly as sin.

One would assume having 79 km's on a 14 year old car would probably have some serious issues with the motor being run in?

If that's not quick enough, you can spend an extra $10,500 and opt for the even hotter 'blueprint' V8. The 215kW engine is taken to the HRT workshop where it is dynoed, then stripped and rebuilt to exacting tolerances by the race team mechanics. Internal detailing includes full and fine balancing, decking the block, smoothing and cee-ceeing the chambers for exactly equal compression ratio (raised a few points to 8.85:1) and matching the ports to the manifolds. After painstaking re-assembly the engine is given an HRT ID number (just like Brock's and Mezera's race engines), stamped opposite the original engine number, and a last go on the dyno.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, some people loathe the AU's and some like them.

I'll just take the HK GTS and the HT GTS thank you....

Nice XC Cobra, but that photo just confirms the need for bigger rubber under an **** that wide....

I'm with you -I'm not greedy. Love the HK.

Although if there's room on the truck the HRT427 would be a nice little thing to run down to the shops in every now and then. Good boot space too.
