does anyone know if spings and shockers from a ef/el will fit into a eb?

Yes they will. The rear springs are mostly eb-ed ones anyway.

yer i got springs for my EB out of an EF they had only done 500kms and been in the car for 2 weeks so im told but they fit right in,
