Default AUll XLS T-bar auto problem

Does anyone have this problem, T-bar moves up & down like it wants to kick down to 2rd while in motion?. is it a mounting bolt coming loose or is it ready to pack it in?

obviously the first time on a forum too, that's a helluva thread mine you've done there. if you can search to find this thread you can search to find out about self-servicing the transmission too. from my perspective, if you've got not much idea, $110 at the local auto shop is a cheap way to go.
