Default Ea Dif?

is there a diference in an ea3.9 dif and a eb4.0 diff because i have an 4.0in my ea and i think it should have better pick up? idont now what is wrong do anyone have any clue what can be wrong???? ps the car is a 4spd auto

You've got the same set-up as the ED so it shouldn't be too bad. I'd start checking things like your throttle cable for wear.

I think EAs had 3.23? and EBs 3.27? So its pretty much the same thing. If you want better pickup get pintara or skyline diff gears fitted or better yet a manual.

you can pick up a manual conversion kit from E-bay for around $800, witch contains everything you need to do the conversion.
there is a tickford T5 on E-bay going for $550, it's the hole conversion kit without the XR6 ECU

3 speed = 2.77
4 speed CFi = 3.08
4 speed MPFi = 3.23
3.2L = 3.23
