Had very old small Karcher that finally crapped out so after a cheap pressure cleaner for just general stuff here and there round the house...nothing specific and not often, just the occasional clean of paved area etc.
Any idea if these Ryobi's are any good: https://www.bunnings.com.au/ryobi-18...asher_p6210779 Anything better in the <$150 range? Had hoped there might be some on offer in dad's day deals |

I got one from Sydney tools. Was around $70. My gun on the Bosch one I had broke and they were no help in providing another.

Just bought myself a new petrol powered one from Supercrap only because they gave me a trade card.
Works great and has plenty of poke for what i use it for.

I use a Kaercher, K2

+1 for the Karcher. I've got one that's about 8 years old which is now superseded by the Karcher K2+..1600psi and works well for doing the rear yard concrete and the driveway.

Karcher k2 here as well. With my $25 eBay foam cannon. Had this since around 2009. Just doesn't die.
Bought the hose extention. It's really stiff and does get tangled up quite easily. Hard to beat for the price but will eventually upgrade.

another +1 for the Karcher. Had mine for ages, used and abused but never disappoints. We've got a far more expensive Stihl at work as they are our small plant supplier and I can't see any advantages over my one.

I think at the end of the day you are best to get either Karcher or Gerni.
Parts and Accessories are easy to find with those brands. I would work out what model you think you need in the brand you choose, then go the next one up. I have a Gerni which I mostly use for washing cars and love using it, and have had no problems so far. You hear horror stories with all of them, but I think in those cases people don't follow a few simple rules in the running and maintenance of using an electric pressure washer.

Another vote for the Karcher K2.
 I did my best at killing mine over 10 years, washing a couple of cars a week.

Had the k2 for years, didn't miss a beat, gave it to my brother when I upgraded to the k3 last year, a much better unit, more pressure, longer hose, more attachments..
