Yeah, fair enough, as utes get their own categories. What categories would Wagon go under?

Fairmont
Falcon
Forte
Futura

??

hmm thats a good question.

the wagons were just a lwb variant of the AU falcon but they were all badged as forte, futra or fairmont only.

So do you make the wagon a subset of the forte, futra or fairmont sedans or create an AU wagon section with forte, futra or fairmont subsections?

Could go lots of ways.

What do the other wagon poeple think?

The utes have there own sections, the LWB have there own sections, I think the wagons should have their own section too.

I reckon put the wagons under the existing models as utes are after the existing models as well, so a wagon would be like:

Ford > Falcon > Forte > Wagon

Yup that looks ok to me. I would have thought there would only be a handful (literally) of AU wagon owners registered on FF, are there any stats??

Hey Dauphin, just a suggestion... what does everyone think about having a Power & Times Stats/Pages?

I.e.

Get a list of all the 1/4 mile times from the 6 cylinder cars, and list them in order? (And put they're power in brackets, if they have listed it).

Then get a list of all the dyno figures from the 6 cylinder cars, and list them in order?

Then the same for the v8s.

Might be a handy feature, than having the thread. Also in articles, you have a space at the front of "Hand Built..."

Keep up the good work!

Isn't there already a thread of this here on the forums?

I think that would be a great idea. Means the list on the forums doesnt get too confusing and everyones times are automatically updated without accidently taking an earlier list and messing it all up.

It should be good, because then people can see, just what power & times people are pulling. And link each record, so that after a quick click, you can see what has been done to their car, from their profile.

Heaps easier, and I'm sure it'll be bigger than the thread anyhow.

Silly question, but in the car category it says Ford in front of everything. Is their a need to say Ford Falcon, Ford TE50, Ford Fairlane etc etc. Just cut off the ford as it's kinda repetative

As some of you have already noticed I have reloaded all the AU Video's into the multimedia section for your enjoyment.
With so many new members lately many of you may not have known that this area even existed.
Anyone with video's of AU's that they would like to contribute please PM me and we'll get them onto the site!

Just letting everyone know that www.aufalcon.com now has its own dedicated timeslip database (similar to the AFF one).
Once you log in you will see a "My Timeslip" option in your user setup, feel free to add your ET's

The modifications section of "My Car" has also been split into Engine, interior, exterior and audio/multimedia for those that want to change their current details.

The top rated and new cars also now have thumbnail links on the main screen.

Dauphin is responsible for these changes, he really never fails to amaze me!!!

Also like to thank everyone for their suggestions. This site is for all AU owners so suggestions are always welcome!

Excellent...

I know this is being fussy, although it would be better for the long run. To setup a simple form above the table. To select just 6 cylinders, or just 8 cylinders? And maybe so you can order them by 1/4 mile time, then 60 ft time?

Maybe when editing your car... Put the "kW @ the wheels" below the details, above Best 0-100 km/h time and 1/4 time, etc.

Top effort!!!

Well i've just added my time. But in the car details it's got it as a 4.0 VCT
instead of 5.0 V8. I've also checked my car details and there all fine so i
don't know how this has happend.

Also maybe blank power levels, should be read as (N/A rwkw) instead of ( rwkw)??

Also power levels, like 113.4 don't show. It comes up as "113."

Going good though guys!

There was a problem with the engine display on the timeslip that has been fixed, have also added transmission type. Please re-enter any RWKW numbers that had a decimal place.

Hi mate. Your car got deleted for some reason. It went through the proper delete process triggered by the "Delete this Car" checkbox being checked. You may have checked that by mistake as it looks very similar to the "Delete this image" checkboxes. I've restored your car but you'll need to re-upload your images. I've changed the "Delete this Car" section to a bright red so hopefully it is better separated.
