Default Geoff Polities r.i.p. You were a magician mate!

I POSTED THIS IN THE WRONG THREAD , it should have been in this one,
so here it is.

THIS is my thoughts of the man,
Geoff will be missed by the auto world & frod fans alike, he was a true believer in that you make a good design & concept , then it should go ahead?
his visionary of what the Territory SUV should be was a winner, to take a design & make it into a scalled down protoype model was good but to actually go the ford Head office & show the Yanks that this is a winner & get the go ahead for the car was pure genious

& also he got ford aus out of the AU backlash to get the BA on the drawing board & a winning car on the roads & on the tracks!

Here is a link to his story.

cheers FF2

How sad is it that he didn't get to see his Grand daughter before he passed.

Geoff came across as such a genuine good bloke.
Condolences to his family.

She was born just under a week before he passed away so I'd imagine he got to meet her.

Default R.I.P. Geoff.

I can only express those sentiments that have already been expressed. Just like him though to not want to be made a fuss of in regards to his illness!

I noticed that the Ford flag was at half mast on the way into work yesterday, i'm a bit dissapointed they didn't have a minute of silence for him.
