I would believe it but what I want is an in depth answer, not just a brush over. Irrefutable proof that what we're told is legit.

I can tell you right now, first hand that two people from my company were on that plane. One of their Families came into our KL office in Malaysia and his iPhone was showing as online a day after MH370 went missing, they had his iPad paired up to it which is how they knew... could be just a glitch.. could be suspicious. There is a glimmer of hope that they choose to see... that's for sure.

There is a part of me that still thinks the plane went north. To where or why not sure.
There other half of me thinks that it was just a terrible accident and yes it is in the Indian ocean and will eventually be found with no survivors.

Saw tonight that they're now looking in a place much further south than where the 'pings' were detected. Apparently based on 'new data'

I'll reserve my opinion - and for legal reasons I must stress that my opinion is neither in agreement with, or against what follows.
From a reliable source in aviation security, it seems intelligence agencies the world over are very concerned about the possibility of this plane resurfacing in the middle east and being fashioned into some kind of weapon carrying aircraft - such as chemical or biological weapons.

Uumm, yeah, I guess the only way to get hold of such an Aircraft to do such a thing would be to make one disappear into thin air, and have the whole world looking for it ?

Very discrete.

Why would you worry about legalities? You've mentioned no organisations, no names and no Countries! and you haven't said anything that hasn't been said in this forum before.

No, Really ?

He's unidentifiable, used no personal names, used no agency names and named no organisations or countries.

Why is it, that when there is a mystery, with the whole world watching, the alfoil hat brigade always spring for a sinister explanation?

Even supposing that the CIA/ NSA/ Russians/ Chinese/ Iluminati decided they needed to steal a plane in mid-flight, I reckon they would do a far better job of covering their tracks? Doctor the radar tracks, a bit of flotsam over deep water, US Navy finds the black box, end of story.

I'm sure these organisations ARE capable of some sinister actions, and have undoubtedly pulled off some audacious moves. Point is that the BIGGER the mystery, the LESS likely it is to have been some clandestine operation.

No tinfoil here. Btw, I hate truthers and conspiracy nuts. A couple of buddies in the USA publicly discredited that pilots for 911 truth crap - purported to be airline pilots when in fact they were nothing more than private pilots; the most qualified only had a couple thousand hours in a Cessna.
I guess people who are naive think that only their government would hurt them, and don't realise there's a whole world full of crazy people who want them dead for no other reason than for not sharing their belief system.
Like I said I'm not offering an opinion, it was just something I heard.

Wouldn't it be easier to lease a cargo plane and just fit it out?

Nope.
Non airline customers cannot lease commercial planes in the middle east.

Again, I'm not offering an opinion, merely informing you guys of something that has intelligence agencies worried as a potential possibility.
I was told the recent developments in Iraq has heightened the terror alert.

and it is completely real no bullshit lol but no intent to hijack the thread lol just I wouldn't be buying any crap you read in the news about this flight. Not saying it wasn't crashed off Perth by a Renegade pilot though. I keep hearing something about George Bush's Carlisle group owning MH370?? Sounds like a good basis for a zillion conspiracy stores lol.

If indeed MH370 ended up in the middle east, what happened to the crew & passengers? Executed? Takes balls to murder over 200 odd people in one single event.

People I've spoken to that have been there would say they'd probably have to have a break for lunch.
But other than that it wouldn't be much of a bother.

I'm guessing you haven't seen the footage of Isis gunning down hundreds of Iraqi soldiers in roadside ditches then?

I have, I'm aware of how this type of business is conducted in the ME. Not a pleasant thought though.
