whats driving a fast car got to do with answering a phone?

and we already have power-weight restrictions that stop us (p platers) from driving fast cars.

Its thanks to people like you that don't care about anything or anyone else as long as it doesn't directly inconvenience them that driving is such a pain in Australia.

Just the 5 points per year limit and 3 points for a p plate falling off laws, I dont know how the hell either of those were meant to save lives.

the vicroads website always changes, sometimes it is there, sometimes it is not??
