HI guys, I will be joining in if I qualify.
I drove down from syd this afternoon and spotted a blue GT on the way GTP666 and a grey GTP YER23D (was that datamine?) tonight while cruising round town. Is the a self serve carwash anywhere in Canberra?

Where abouts in town are you? I am aware of a self serve (old) 'Carlovers' out my way in Weston Creek, but I cannot vouch for the rest of town. Regards Stu P.S. Wow these B series are really common aren't they!

Yes they are getting a bit like bums - everyone has one . As far as car washes go there is one in Tuggeranon adjacent the bus depot and one in Fyshwick on Canberra ave just down from office works . |

Thanks for the tip on the car wash. I am over in Dickson area and I found a few more car washes round here but if none of them are brushless I will be over your hood bright and early. Edit: found one in belconnen which will be easier to get to. See you at the meet point

Glad to hear that it was an enjoyable day. My apologies for not making it - got called into work in the wee hours of this morning. Would have been nice to meet the new faces.
Cheers Stu

Hi guys thanks for a great day and it was a pleasure meeting everyone. Props to John McGrath ford for the breakky, lunch and tea as it was the only thing keeping me from freezing over!
I will definitely time my Canberra visits to club events in the future. Enjoyed cruising with you guys (especially final the run down the back way into Canberra). Cheers!
