Default FPV Open Day March 1st 2009

Some info in regard to FPV Open 2009, for those wishing to attend.


Open Day - Sunday March 1st, 2009
Club Vehicle Entry Form


This Entry Form must be completed and signed by any Car Club member who wishes to attend the 2009 Ford Performance Vehicles Open Day. The form must be returned to your Club delegate by Monday February 2nd, 2009. The Club delegate will be required to notify FPV of the number of attending vehicles by no later than Friday 13th, 2009. No entries will be accepted after this date. We are expecting large numbers so don’t be late.

Entry donations of $2 per person will go to Guide Dogs Victoria. As always, food and refreshments will be on sale throughout the day. Strictly NO ALCOHOL PERMITTED.

For display vehicles, gates will open at 6am. ALL vehicles must be in position by 8am, with the public entry commencing at 9am. Vehicles are to remain in position until the conclusion of all presentations at approximately 3pm, this is a condition imposed by our Insurer. We will not tolerate any irresponsible driving when leaving the site!
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. The organisers, assistants, volunteers, committees and members of participating clubs or any person associated with the conduct of the event shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage caused to any vehicle (or any consequential loss) however such loss or damage may be caused.
2. All entrants will undertake at all times to conduct themselves in a manner not likely to offend or bring the event into disrepute.
3. The organisers have made no provision for barricading or other crowd restraints for individual vehicles. It is the entrant’s responsibility to provide individual displays, barriers etc. Entrants are reminded that such equipment must not create risk of injury or damage to persons or property.
4. Ford Performance Vehicles will not be responsible for the judging of any vehicles or competitions.
5. Vehicles are judged by the Clubs and at the owners’ discretion. Vehicles need not be genuine or authentic to be eligible for judging.
6. PLEASE PRINT YOUR DETAILS CLEARLY.
