coupe come from a french word that means "to cut", noting to do with 2. A 4 door with 'coupe' styling, and preferbaly a normal boot, can be a coupe. But traditionaly coupes have 2 doors.

To me a coupe is two doors at the very least. A better coupe has two doors and two seats though

I'm sure they wont call it the name coupe. They'd give it a proper designation like RS etc.
