Mine's going to click over the 200,000 in the next month or so.

Seems like only a few weeks back I had to stop to get a photo when it hit 88,888!

I put too many k's on my car too quickly, when I bought it in March 2007 it had 82,000 odd on it, its now at about 192,000!

100,000km eh? I still have one odo showing under that. But it's 'cos I just bought the car and haven't driven it yet LOL. I even have two that haven't yet reached the 200k.

But all the rest have much much more.

Mostly V8s but a couple of 6s - and anyone who thinks a four cylinder won't do high mileage ... the RS2000 is approaching 400,000km and the bottom end is original. Head has been serviced just once; at 175,000km.

I had a TX5 Ghia way back. Only a 2 litre 4, it did 150km but I traded it while it still had some trade in value. I loved the digtal tacho and speed cluster.

I love car milestones. I remeber the BA 100K on way home just before I went around Oz in it. Then the 200K on the way back from Birdsville. Its 6,000km to its 250,000 km trip. My FG clocked up 70,000km last week when on a trip to Victoria...I got pics of the 222,222, 111, 111 - a stack somewhere!

246,000km and still running perfect. No sludge in the motor and still drops clean oil every 5000km.
