I get the same, but I can see people at least thinking about it now before they proceed to pull out*, whereas in my old car it was just general not looking or presuming they have sufficient acceleration to get out of trouble.

* I can only assume a small car coming at you means you won't necessarily be wiped out if it happens to hit you.

I'd like to see you always drive with your headlights on some of the time.

I have my headlight on auto so they turn on when dark, and off when the car is off. So I have DRLs to come on with ignition and off when headlights are actually on. This is my failsafe for not flattening my battery, yet maintaining some light at he front for increased visibility during the day.

I have this setup on both the GT and the Explorer since both have auto lights feature.

I have mine set to on, this means my lows are on when you turn the ignition on.

i always use low beams during the day when doing highway trips or through forested areas

What car? I can't do that on the GT or Explorer - if I set them to on, they are on regardless of ignition state and would drain the battery in an hour with the engine off.

If people can't handle driving towards drls or fog lights how do you cope driving towards the sun.

No I do not have drls or use my fog lights.

I've noticed a few VF GTS/Maloos have stupidly bright DRLs compared to the VEs.
Anyone else noticed that too?

I noticed most Holdens have brighter than average fog lights.

Commonwhore, both VEs and VFs have the feature. Now that I've had it I would fit it to any car I own in the future. Why not just have the lights switch off with the ignition rather than have some stupid buzzer.

Ever since I've been driving I've done the same.
With the ST having drl's they are always on. I'd have lights on with it but it has stupid cornering lamps so I'd look like a right knob lol.
