Question

Hi guys. I'm just brand new to the forum. My interest is to assist in a rebuild of an XC falcon wagon with a bro' in law.
I am in need of a wiring schematic to start with in order to trace and fix his indicators. My current thinking is the flasher combo switch on the column but I notice the flasher is quite fast with two 18w bulbs attached? Same speed with one only - maybe an LED type flasher?
Where can I access the wiring diagram?

Hi All. Ollie here in NZ. Will be looking for some assistance with error codes making my 2012 Territory Diesel run in "limp".
Have had a few over the years, starting with a '69 MkII Cortina in 1975, then MkIV Zephyr V6, Telstars, Lasers, Falcons and also a Territory Turbo. Was a Ford spanner man in the 70's and now a mechanic for fun and love of it.
Bloody shame Ford pulled the plug on the Territory. Just SUCH a good machine, at so many levels. Probably the best

Hello All!

I'm a long time lurker and gleaner of information from this Forum, so I thought I'd best join to make it official.

History with Fords dates all the way back to being a kid in Canada and the series of Fords and Mercuries that I've owned or repaired is very, very long.

Includes every year of Mustang from 65 to 84, all manner of F trucks as well as most Aussie Falcons, Escorts and others.

Currently trying to diagnose a problematic PX Ford Ranger, so will search for some answers on that.

Cheers,

Brian

Hi all new to the site & first time posting. Currently have a 2011 FG mkii FPV GS, it is a weekend car with a few mods getting us to 402kw at the rears. I have a few other goodies that I've bought that will go on in the next week or 2 that will see that figure raise a little.
Luv the forum as it has helped me on a number of occasions with informative information.

Hi,
CJ from NZ here.
Have a couple fords currently,
Ranger Raptor
XG XR6 (With an 8 cylinder heart transplant)
FG XR8 (Exhaust and tune only)

Mostly on here for the technical resources - fantastic stuff by everyone involved saves countless hours.

Hi all, I live in Geelong and have an SZ Territory (diesel) and a PK Ranger.
Have browsed these forums for years (have always had Fords), and thought it was time to contribute.

Hello everyone!

Proud new papa of a 280,000 Km 2006 Focus 4 door sedan LX. Plopped some Continental tires on it for longevity, have taken it to highway speeds, and find it to be generally in good nick. I am currently considering it for a single person car camper, and am waiting on a facia plate to install my Sony audio head with Android Auto and a 10inch preamped subwoofer.

Hi guys. Lots of fords over the years, but currently have a BA wagon as my daily beater (wife gets the ‘good‘ car). Looking to do a mild sleeper build as a project with my son: swapping Barra for turbo Barra if it’s doable. Only a basic home mechanic, so hoping for some expert help here... (be kind ). Cheers.

Hi Keny and welcome to AFF.

Try asking in the Laser & Telstar Forums, someone there may be able to help locating one.

G’day all, how is everyone?
My name is Matt, I drive a BA XR6 5speed Ute. I’ve been looking around on this for a few yrs now whenever I’ve had a problem or if there’s any new mods to try on other cars I’ve had.
Thought I’d finally say hello.
Keep up the good work.

Gday Folks,

Thanks for the welcome onto the forum. Just recently purchased a SZ RWD 4l Territory and am very impressed with it. We needed a large wagon to take the grandkids who are still in car seats around and only had 2 seater vehicles.

So I've jumped onto the Forum to find information on this rig and to keep it going. The one glitch that we've had which is being covered by the warranty is the EPS Rack has failed and it will be replaced by a 12 mth Warranty second hand unit.

Has anyone come across this problem in the Australian Steering rack before, is it a common thing?

Cheers

Hey folks
My first post to the ford forum.
I am always readinģ through various threads. Very knowledgeable ford people onboard here, unlike myself haha.
Ive got picked up a falcon an AU III XR6 VCT Ute 2002.
Its the newest car ive ever had and everything is in working order. Looking to do a couple small mods on it including an exhaust or full exhaust system (if its going to be worth my while) more air flow again only if w.
And also look at anything easy and low-mid cost that someone may recommend. I have tools and very little clue HaHaHaHa
Anyway... hello and cheers

You can't post in the Tech Resources section but have you tried the Terry forums?

Hiya everyone. having been loitering here for about 5 years ( time flies huh) I've just noticed the notice at the top of the page saying I've not yet posted here (Pretty sharp hey haha). A little surprised as i thought i might have, but I guess not. I had been a pretty active member at Pathfinders owners club Australia site but sadly the Pathy got rear ended shortly after a substantial amount of upgrades etc had been done, so i was left with my SX territory which was my runaround and towing boat / going away car as my full time drive. Long story short as possible, its at 200000 k's and I'm working through the usual raft of suspension issues which Ive been referring to here for advice on, among other things over the years. As usual these communities are great and full of a wealth of advice, so thanks for the input to everyone that have silently helped me in the past. Cheers everyone...Matt
