Default VASS engineer recommendations

Hi all,
Anyone able to recommend any friendly vass engineers in western suburbs of Melbourne? Preferably one that would come to my workshop (hoist available) to do the sign off. Even if not western suburbs, im happy to pay travel obviously.
Just engine (was 383 now 440, so same block) wheels, tyres, and lhd approval on a '70 challenger. Nothing crazy. Car has been club regod before.
Its a chicken vs egg battle so far, i cant take the car anywhere for them to give guidance/blessing because its not finished, but i cant finish it until i have the ok on what to do.
