Great write up mate. The only thing I would add, which you touched on, is if you are foaming before a wash you should foam, let it soak for 5 or so minutes, rinse off and then use the two bucket method. Only sponge with the foam on the car if it's a little dusty, not dirty.
As you said, your cars barely get dirty but I see so many budding detailers think that foaming the car is actually a wash and then they rinse it off and dry the vehicle, causing lots of damage to the paint. How good is 303, i've picked a bottle up from supercheap for $14 before, such good value. Im giving the colourlock leather treatment a go at the moment as i've heard great things. Looking forward to seeing how it performs on old leather.
