Ford Festiva 99 Middle Console Access

Hi,

I need to replace one or more bulbs behind the middle console panel (specifically the bulb behind the fan speed nob). Does anyone have advice on the best means to get access to this light bulb? Do I need to remove the entire trim that goes down to the gear nob? I'm sure it's easy with the proper know-how.

Any advice before I start breaking things would be appreciated
