This is a follow up to the other post about the mysterious problems, they are currently being worked on by another mechanic. It seems the MAP sensor was the culprit.
In addition I am looking to fit a set of header pipes, and to fit a cat back 2.5 inch system. I will also have a tickford snorkel fitted to the car. The snorkel is costing $47 (free fitting) I know that seems dear. The headers and 2.5 cat back are costing about $820 fitted. < Are these good prices??? The car must stay quiet, and must not drone on the freeway. These mods are more about efficiency than just power, but I suppose the less time on the wrong side of the road when overtaking the better. Does anyone have any pointers with these mods? Headers to stay away from??? Will they make much difference to the way the car drives? what can I expect with LPG and petrol? I am really keen to find out if the car will become a "better" car.

pretty fair price, a cat is like just over 200bux alone, headers around 400 so theres 600 already
