So we have our first GTF for sale under 100K. It was going for $99,999 but now the owner has updated his ad and further dropped the price and I quote: "PRICE REDUCED TO SELL IN FIRST WEEK OF JANUARY". He now wants $95,000.
But something is not right here, a user posted in another thread mentioning that the third pic is not of a GTF, but in fact just a GT. So, do you guys think this is legitimate or just a scam? http://www.carsales.com.au/private/d...SSE-AD-3073599 Here is that picture showing it's not a GTF:

If it's a scam? it's a pretty dumb one then...............reading the add its sounds like it's going to be pulled shortly anyway, must be sick of dealing with too many dreamers

Yeah make a call. Then wait for the ....I'm overseas at the moment and the car is at my mothers, boyfriends, fathers place in another state. But I need the money to get home and pay for my sisters, daughters head transplant, so you can have it for 65000 if you can pay now. ........and so it goes.

If i was trying to buy a GTF (or something such), it would be a good trick to make up your own ad and put it up. Then approach one of the legitimate sellers and say I can get a similar car for less. Then try pushing down the price. It might work and is a cheap ploy.

I was thinking initially there must be a lack of passion for these cars on the part of some buyers, but something tells me quite a few have actually purchased 2 cars, one to keep and one to flip.

The pick above looks like a normal GT with GT black stripes

Well that's interesting, it looks like the ad has either been pulled or sold. If this was real I wouldn't be surprised if it sold for 95k, wasn't that close to retail price?
