Hi Guys/Girls,
Picked up a 98 page mag today dedicated to the GTHO's, brought to you by Australian Muscle Car Mag. Most of the articles are reprints from various AMC mags, but put together in the one magazine. I have every AMC mag produced so it was a no brainer for me to grab this, but history is saying that not only will it be a good read, it will become a collectors item like earlier AMC issues. At $9.95 some would argue that is expensive, but so is a pack of ciggies at twice the price. Get into your newsagency before you miss out !

Yeah not bad, just waiting for AMC to do a story on the greatest HO of them all, the PHASE 4, the green one.

Trying to pump up a few sale eh....
I already have the originals, and you wont find anything new in this mag that you wont find in others...... Although we do seem to have created a "this will be worth a million bucks" in a few years society these days... So for sure buy it, it’s a sure thing investment.....

I'm sure they did an article in an early issue about the whole Ph 4 project and the subsequent supercar scare.

Yes, I wasn't happy to read Paul Gover was joining the AMC team as well. The news section is no longer what it used to be.

Joe Kenwright did a brilliant job with the news, really insightful and informed.
Paul Gover just spouts dribble and his Ford hate shows through. I refuse to buy any mag he is a part of. But its been pretty average over the past year or 2 anyway, like they have run out of material or something. The first 30 or so issues were great. |

Yeah when I saw it at the Newsagents I thought that the sales of AMC must be slow so lets bring out some "special editions".
To be honest I am surprised that AMC mag has lasted so long, there are only so many models that qualify as muscle cars that have been released in Australia, and so many racing drivers/team personnel that can be interviewed that you would think that they are scraping the bottom of the barrel.

Bought it today anyway.
Apart from this issue, i stopped buying it long ago. You can only rehash something so many times before its no longer fun. |
