Default One step closer

Today i went and passed my Hazzard Perception test at Vic Roads, i think this test is pointless and doesnt display you know basic road rules and happenings. Its just like a Playstation game.

Thank god i never have to do it again :1syellow1

Cheers Paul :

getting his licence.
if victoria you have to do your hazard perception test (a compueter simulation kinda thing), once you pass that you have your driving test.
once the driving test is done and passed, you're on your P's

God damn it I hate that test, I scored like 70 something, its so pointless, you cant even see a lot of the things properly and in no way can it show what real life driving situations are like

The thing i find funny is the improvement section

*Choosing a safe speed when driving near other road users

We have no control over the speed the car is doing lol

They'd be better off doing a simulation like using a driving sim with an actual steering wheel...

I recken you should need to pass a road rules test, then have you drive with a tester in the back seat.

Does anyone know how long the Hazard Perception system has been in action in Victoria?

I always wonder if the people who organise tests like this know what they will achieve realisticaly? If the test was so good and made people MORE aware, why are there so many on the road who appear to be ignorant of the MOST basic rules and responsibilities? :(
