Unless you still have two keys, you will have to go to Ford to get the new one programmed anyway which can be quite costly. Have you tried eBay for replacements?

A week!!

I would be surprised if the car is there in the morning.

As said be better to change ALL locks and keys in car and house, if they got the house keys too

Back to your question do have a key at all?
If so go to a locksmith who does cars and he can clone that key for around $100. Buy a remote from ebay for about $30 and reprogram according to manual.

Lots of insurance and even auto club memberships cover stolen keys.

Ford will probably take all your old stuff out and replace with new ones, which will cost you. Take the car to a locksmith, after you have got a few quotes, and let them do it. We do it up here in brizzy all the time..

Just get new keys and remotes programmed in. Programming new one in will erase the other keys from the system meaning even though they can turn the ignition barrel over the immobiliser wont let them start the car.
Just to be sure id disconnecting the battery and unplugging the big plug from the front of the interior fusebox.
