hmmmm
 ... sounds like another proffessional bankrupt merchant.have to wonder how they get away with it. the guy i bought my business off was like that. hardly ever paid for anything. when couldn`t get anymore credit go bankrupt fo a couple of years then do it over again.

Yes our laws in this area are grossly inadequate. He's probably doing it all over again in a clandestine manner as we speak. Then in three years time he'll pop up again all legit.

I know people like this. All they care about is the dollar and don't care who they hurt in the process. They are conman who know the system and laws. They have the gift of the gab and could sell ice to an eskimo which is why they bounce back. He will be back in a few years time and the media will put a positive spin on it and call him the comeback kid or some rubbish like that.

The only difference between this bloke and a common crook is a balaclava and a shotty!!
One gets a 3 year directorship ban and the other gets 10 years in jail. This parasite needs to be locked up!!
