It would've been auctioned off while old mate was bent over in the big house.

Still, he knew what he was doing as it is a very nice car.

Not my cup of tea ..... at all!

Huge effort though but I think there is always a point where the more work and thought that goes into these type of builds ..... they just start going backwards

Wonder if everyone got all there bits back .........

one of my favorite cars, when it was first done, it was unique in the interior department, and in its green form when one higher...

but its a shame that the green paintjob was paid for with dirty money...

Have to agree totally here. One awesome car and only gets better with each rebuild. If I didnt have my coupe and other projects lined up I would consider this one for myself.

Hillier brothers built it up as an orange coupe, Jail Bait bought it and then had it rebuilt by Sefton Smash? and won Summernats with it, turned out he had been flogging and rebirthing cars and bikes around wollongong.

But why would they be selling it on Ebay? It's an odd place to sell things if it's been seized by the Authorities. Why would any government sell seized goods on Ebay. Auction house, somewhere like Pickles I would have thought.

Nice build, just a shame about the colour/previous owner combination. I'm surprised it's still in one piece :
