That does not work and if it does the dealer and you could be charged with Tax evasion.

Strike a deal with your friendly Ford Dealer to buy a Fiesta for $30k and a GT for $50k, then give him a free Fiesta.

You said it there mate. I did it for 25 years and man it is difficult sometimes.

Unfortunately employees will never understand unless they actually do it. i.e mortgage the house they worked hard to get so they can finance the business and then put in massive hours because the business never does the numbers projected and you cannot afford to hire people for those odd hours etc etc. Etc!

For most of my years in business I earned less per hour than many of my employees and at the same time had to pander to all their idiosyncracies just to get them to work the way they should normally.

I feel for employers in this.
