While the $V's may have cuased it, we all know you wouldn't have got a ticket driving a Wheezer!
$142 is cheap, in SA a similar ticket would have been $206!

I had a look at that Vic police link that Silver Ghia provided. It was an interesting read.
It surprises me that the state that doesn't comply with the ADR on speedo accuracy (62 in a 60 and you're gone!) actually has the 'official warning' I also noticed that the Vic police motto was 'The way ahead, Delivering a safer Victoria'...I always thought it was Victoria Police... Shoot first ask questions later! ;)
