Yeah I know, so hard to guess, it will really depend on Ford and if they ever put the badge on any other car/model...

I still think the last one should have been more special... Put through FPV I reckon, and given some of the things the Force 8 had, not that difficult!!!

I totally agree.
Lets face it Fairlane is a major name for Ford and
it should have went out in a big way. Make it the
most special Fairlane ever built so it will be remember
and talked about for years to come.

So what's the story behind it anyway?

Original buyer bailed out? Not much detail in the add...

What did it sell for when it went to auction originally??

: Hi. I think it should have gone into a Ford museum along side other Ford memorabilia. It will most likely end its days at a car reckers. :

I think it should have been a G8/220 or an LTD.
All option, and make it unique...a little plaque isn't very interesting.

Hence why it didn't get its reserve price. There's also the fact that people aren't really interested in Fairlanes anymore.

I would have been interested if it had been interesting!!!

I would have happily paid many thousands of dollars more than it went for too... But why bother when it was not special in any real way...
