Default Seat springs

Just wondering if anyone else has had problems with their seats. Ive had two new Zetecs and both have had the same prob. where as you sit back into the seat there is a clicking where the springs appear to click into place. When you press it by hand you can feel the spot (same on both cars) on the left side around the shoulder-blade area. Unusual that two new cars should have exactly the same fault. Waiting for 15k service to get it checked out.

Have had the same problem with the LX since new. Although as time has gone on, the click has dulled itself so I never notice it, unless I'm bored and roll my back left and right to provoke the clicking.

we had this found to be a wiring loom within the back of the seat. fixed under warranty, I think ford pulled the seat apart and repositioned the loom.
