Default I had an accident today

I had an accident today! I'm ok but I'm just ****ed off that the van was a mess.

I was wearing a seatbelt and the impact was at about 60klm as the guy did a right turn straight in front of me and i had no chance to brake and slow down very much.

I called the owner of the van and she was very good, will probably get a rental van while this one is being fixed. If not, will drive taxis for a little while then do the mail run again.

Have been having dinner and thinking about the accident and how fast it all happened. Two cars were turning right in front of me, the first one had the time to get through and the second one followed him through like a blind rabbit! the young bloke driving was very nice claimed he was in the wrong (which he was) and that he was insured!

I'm in the taxi Saturday night and then back to the day shift Mon, Tue and will hopefully know what is happening with the mail van by then.

If there was a speed camera at this location it wouldn't of happened.

Good to hear every one was alright

its a shame he admitted fault, it woulda been amusing hearing the excuses the insurance company would come up with to try to argue that he had right of way
