i did a search but didn't find anything
would it make much of a difference,,i don't rev the engine much over 3500 so i want most gains below this..or would i be able to run a xr6 cam from an eb

have you put it in yet???
you can definitely put in the cam. i had an EB XR cam and it definitely made a difference over the stock cam. i now have a bigger cam than xr spec

not yet just doing some research at the moment,,still in the process of replaceing bits on the inside at the moment

Any of the e-series cams are interchangeable (except late el's which had the AU cam).
If you are considering getting an EB or ED XR6 cam, then you'd probably be better off just getting an EF/EL cam, as they are very similar in spec., but could be obtained for much cheaper (for some reason when people hear the term 'XR' the price is multiplied by 5 times!). |
