Default 6 Hour Relay. Phillip Island

To those who entered in our 2 awesome teams, to the timers, caterers, beer bringers, spanner helpers, milk getterers, sash changers, and everyone else, a big... no HUGE... THANKYOU

Always aiming to finish better than the previous years, we started from Grid 17 and 18. Team "Falcon Hell" were in the top 10 all day. "Falcon Tough" were in the top 20, then a dodgy dorian saw a glitch and have us drop to 48th only to fight back with a vengence.......

I'm stoked with our 5th(Hell) and 6th(Tough) finish.

Started friendly...

Then the red mist was there

Falcon Hell

Chris, who unfortunately popped a head gasket

Matt who did the most fuel runs we reckon........

Roland "The Mayor"

Mark - PIN #53 man.......

Falcon Tough

Vin- aka Leadfoot Larry

Rob who as a DJR fan was happy to start from Grid #17

Carey, who without 5th gear was still clocking 1:58's!

Keith our Wingman

There was also next door our "surrogate team" - Team XD with club members in it.

Other club members- didn't get one of Michael who was with PIARC, and EDXRSW who was with GCC, and a couple other with 'stangs......

Once I sort through the plethera of photos, I'll get them up on the club website.......

A recent study found the average Australian walks about 900 miles a year.
Another study found Australians drink, on average, 22 gallons of alcohol a year.
That means, on average, Australians get about 41 miles to the gallon.

Kind of makes you proud to be an aussie.
