Hullo. A mate gave us a 1984 Telstar.
We've got it on the road and registered now. There's no radio or ciggie lighter in it. My local wrecker says the radios are hard to come by, and if I buy a radio or cd player it won't fit. So I thought I would make a faceplate out of plywood, paint it the same colour as the dash and install it. Then install a regular radio or cd player that I'd get from Kmart in it. Any reasons why this might not work if there are any please? We don't have much money to waste. It's not important if it's a cd player or plain old radio. And swanee, if you're there, let's see if you can guess who I am |
