Really?
All those cars are like chalk and cheese compared to the Fiesta ST. And considering how the ST focus is responding to mods I'd say the fiesta will be similar just on a smaller scale.

The xr6 is twice the price, twice the weight and dare I say if you put a tune for more boost not much quicker in a straight line and considerably slower everywhere else.

I for one don't especially care if I've got 500kw or 100, that's only a very tiny fraction of what makes a good car. The fiesta is a great car, in ST form it will be legendary and it will outsell the xr6 10 to 1.

Bang for buck the Fiesta Beats every one of your examples purely on projected price alone.
While I'm sure the WRX will corner OK with 4WD, the XR6 would feel like a tank. Unless you spend plenty on suspension mods.
I'm a fan of Mazda, having owned 3 in past years, as well as two Eunos variants (google 800M & 500). Loved them both.
But this little pocket rocket looks the goods.
