The motor or the fan speed controller? If the latter and it has Climate Control AC you likely just need to replace the TO-3 transistor ; see my many posts on the subject e.g. https://fordforums.com.au/showthread.php?t=11395945 If not fitted with Climate Control, you need a fan speed resistor pack.
