Well on Friday night I started back with my personal trainer, and for the past 2 days I've been sooo sore :( I walked to the gym which took 15 mins, did my half hour training session & then walked home which took 25 mins, my legs felt like jelly! But its worth it, I did it 12 months ago & lost 22kgs, so I'm hoping for the same outcome this time, cause after i stopped I put back half of what I lost
