I thought that (OE) map updates were only available from the dealers at a scheduled service. I have an 18.75 Trend that was serviced by Bremer Ford in July, and I still have 2019 maps.
I did point out to the service staff that I needed the maps updated. Was told the only update available was for MY19 on.
