In January I finished all the physio and workouts for the recovery of a knee
op, so I could finally start getting fit again. Started boxing mid Jan. ( not boxercise ) have gone from 98kg down to 91kg and I am in the process of slightly altering my diet to gain more muscle. Seems to be working as I have gone up to 94kg mainly gained on the arms, back and chest. Cardio is improving as well and I can now do a full hours training with 5 x 2 minute rounds of sparring in the hour.
