Hi!
Well done in doing it yourself. I found it extremely hard to do without a hoist- particularly removing the side arms & ball joints. But with help from a mechanically minded friend & a couple days work- we got there.
I paid ~$1000 for the new rack (from a power steering specialist), but I’m little paranoid it could happen again… any thoughts on that?
Since replacing it, I get the “Hill Start Assistance Failure” error when starting the car. I checked the
ABS & brake sensors, but no luck. Any ideas?
