Fiesta WT Zetec Gearbox Oil Change

Am going to change the oil on a 2011 WT Zetec Fiesta 5 speed
I assume it must be GL4 and not GL5? (Nulon Full Synth 75w85 looks good)
I have read mixed reports as far as draining the oil. Some say one must pump it out the fill hole as there is no drain hole. Others say the bolt directly underneath the fill hole is the drain plug.
Any advice appreciated.
