It has been theorised (but not proven) that aging coolant causes the degradation and failure of the trans cooler pipe work, which gets you to milkshake. I suggest it be done every 2 years, easy enough to do yourself on the Falcons. Some Euro cars actually have it as part of the 2-year service cycles.
