Early 80s Susuki Sierra, new poly kit for all 4 leaf springs, monster truck lift kit to give it a higher CoG, shorten the wheelbase.
Pull the engine and swap it for a Victa motor should give it some extra guts.
Mini Moke wheels if the spot welds hold.
