The rims in the photo you posted appear to be the optional 16 inch Fiesta rims, as seen here on Teki04's car, from making the photo light to look at the tyre details on the tyre wall, and looking at the size of the rim compared to the guard:
However, I do reckon it's possible. I have a spare set of the 17 inch MP3 rims in question sitting in my garage, I just need a Fiesta to try them on!
